George was a much loved member of Trentham Rugby Club and played for both Trentham's Junior and Senior colts after joining the club from neighbouring Stoke RUFC, where he played as junior.
George will be sadly missed by all his friends and teammates at the club. Our hearts and thoughts are with his parents Kevin and Sally and his sister Alice at this tremendously difficult time.

The funeral for George will take place on Friday 2nd July 1pm at Stoke Minster, Glebe Street, Stoke. ST4 1LP. Please allow time to arrive at the church by 12.45pm.
There are no restrictions in the churchyard where the service will be live streamed, due to current covid restrictions numbers inside are limited to invitation only.
All mourners are welcomed to the wake afterward with details available on the day.
